3. Winner will be notified via e-mail.
4. Winner is not responsible for shipping charges to an address in the
USA.
5. Void where prohibited by law.
6. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
7. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
8. QA Worldwide, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or injury
incurred by contestant as a result of winning.
9. Winner will be determined by a random drawing of entries received.
10. Odds of winning are based on number of entries received.
11. Employees, agencies/representatives and their immediate families of
QA Worldwide, Inc. are not eligible to win.
12. By participating, entrants release QAW, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers,
directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all
liability for and injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by
participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of
a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Where legal, by
entering this contest, participants grant permission to use his/her name and
statements for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation.
