   2. Only one entry per person.

   4. Shipping address must be a valid United States address.
   5. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
   6. Winner will be notified via email.
   7. Winner will be determined by a random drawing of entries received.
   8. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
   9. Winner is not responsible for shipping charges to an address in the USA.
   10. Drawing results are final.
   11. Employees, agencies/representatives, and their immediate families of QA Worldwide, Inc. are not eligible to win.
   12. By participating, entrants release QA Worldwide, Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, vendors, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for and injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
